We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. The kitchen was very well stocked with all dishes needed and more. The property has charcoal grills instead of gas, which is a huge plus in my opinion since I do not like gas grills. The free beach umbrella and chairs also are a plus! There are a few things that could make it better though. The property only provides linen exchange service twice a week with a 4 hour window or you have to wash your own towels and pay $2.50/load to wash and dry. This should be a service provided more frequently. The condo itself had a non working plug next to the bed and the light in the room also did not work. The fan in the living area has the chain binded up so it was difficult to turn on. They only provide paper towels and toilet paper as an initial amenity. Once out, you have to buy your own for the remainder of the stay. (this is communicated prior to stay), but could also be provided with the price paid for the stay. Overall we enjoyed our stay, these are just a few things that were a little frustrating.

We made a last minute trip to Destin area to check out some investment properties, but also brought our teen daughter. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was lovely and a great safe place for walks, and the water was crystal clear!

307 was nice and spacious! It had a great view of the water. If you want an unblocked ocean view you need to be on level 3 or higher. It was our 2nd time staying and we absolutely love it! The pool is nice and heated. Highly recommend

This condo was very nice was a great location right on the beach. It was decorated with the beach theme which was very nice. The pool area was very cleaned and well groomed. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect vacay spot for my family and friends! The staff was helpful and the location was perfect, close to everything but not right on the busy strip. The condo was clean and looks just like the pictures. No complaints!

We loved the condo we stayed in great view of beach and ocean. We had great service fast and very pleasant staff. They where always cleaning and working on keep the floors and elevators clean We would come back here time and time again loved the peace and quit. Close to all the place in town steps away from the beach Loved It !!��

Our family has returned to Holiday Surf and Raquet Club for over 20 years now. It is the perfect location on the beach and close to everything. The building has recently gone through several updates and it looks fantastic.

Unit is nice - balcony overlooks tennis courts and beach. Could use some updates and some work on bathrooms. Remotes need new batteries. TV was hard to figure out. Loved that you get an umbrella and two chairs w each unit, but unless you’re an early riser, you need to tip beach guy to hang tag on umbrella for you. Wish there had been a washer dryer in unit.

Overall we had a good stay and would recommend staying here. That being said there were several things in need of repair upon arrival. One bedroom door fell off hinges, broken lamp globe, and stains on couch cushions and bed linens. These items were tended to upon notice in a timely manner.

Its a wonderful place, condo, and most of all, right in front of the beach. Plus not far away from the boardwalk for more scenery and fun. I most definitely recommend with my friends and family. Room was clean and besides were only using it for sleep and relax. So no comment on the condo.

We have stayed at Holiday Surf and Racquet several times, but have not been to Destin in years so we thought we would take our kids back this year. We love the location, as well as the easy access to the beach, and now even easier with a handicap ramp. This was great because my Dad as well as Mother-in-law have trouble getting around. The staff are great, as are the chair guys on the beach. Our room was really dated, and just didn't seem that clean. We are not to picky so we just roll with it and go on.

The condo was very nice. My only disappoint was that I could not get down too the beach. Missed the steps down too the beach. Wished they had been fixed after the hurricane. The new entry was very nice.

When the floor was redone, the tile work was done properly Was told the room was not ready. Three hours later they said it had been ready all along

the guys that worked at the beach were very nice and helpful. They are the main reason we go husband has COPD and they were very helpful to us as they would save us a chair so he would not have far to walk.

My Easter stay with my children was a bucket list item completed. The condo was beautiful . Loved the colors. We had everything we needed except enough towels . I feel there should be a laundry service on each floor or more towels in each condo.

The unit was in decent shape and was clean. The bed in the master bedroom was terrible and the unit was not well insulated from outside noise. Otherwise everything else was average.
