This was my third time staying at this property but my first time staying in this unit. It was a very comfortable and clean unit. I would definitely stay in 209 again.

We stayed in 209 for 4 nights and had a wonderful trip. The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom were lovely and the furniture was very comfortable. The second floor view is really great and it is super easy to get to the beach or the parking lot from the stairs without using the elevators. We definitely would stay in 209 again.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Holiday Surf & Racquet. The only problem we had with unit 209 is the toilet did not flush properly. We contacted maintenance and they came, but it still did not work as it should. Other than that everything was great as always.

Our room choices were limited bc we decided to go last minute and most of the lower floor 1BR condos were already rented.(Snowbirds) But our condo was nice and comfy and we had a great few days. Julian was just great as usual and the weather was very nice. Going back in May and cannot wait! HSRC never disappoints!

We had a great stay at Holiday Surf. Our room was very clean and nicely updated. Also, very reasonably priced! Very nice, helpful staff. Will definitely recommend Holiday Surf to anyone we know planning a trip to Destin!

Completely enjoyed my time at the Racquet Club. Clean atmosphere, easy beach access, and overall just quiet. I did however feel like the maintenance man who took care of the pool in the mornings was less than polite and almost rude.

The main complaint was some general maintenance needs. The bathroom sink and shower drains were clogged. Shower faucet needed to be replaced due to mold.

Everything was as advertised. The location was perfect. The property had a quiet, private vibe to it, especially on the beach. Our family went during spring break and it was awesome that everything was only minutes away, yet while on the property you didn't deal with the crowds you did everywhere else.

We have been coming and staying here for 20 years and always love it.. great pool/ tennis courts and beach access. LOVE that you have an umbrella and 2 chair set up on the beach every day.

We came many times in the 90’s.
It was a wonderful, beautiful and very service oriented.
We had a totally different experience. The people at the desk gave minimal service. No indication that we were welcome or that they were glad to service us.
The door and gate code gave us trouble every time we etried to enter. And we didn’t even go to the beach it was so terrible. We will not rent again.

Overall it was a nice experience with beautiful views. It was my first time renting a condo and it made me more cautious about checking the conditions of the rooms out. The condo was nice and tastefully decorated. The pull out couch beds were very uncomfortable which I think most of them are. The beds in the bedroom were fairly comfortable (they were a middle of the road for comfort -not to hard/not to soft). The sheets had been cleaned but were stained. It needed some general wear and tear repair work done. The management company was helpful and charged a more reasonable fee then other condos that I looked at.

My family enjoyed every minute of our beach vacation! This was our first time at Destin and we were not disappointed!!! Our condo was roomy and clean! Amenities were great! The beach was perfect! We cannot wait to return next year! Thank you Holiday Surf for a wonderful stay!!!

We stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet Club just about every year, but this was our first stay in 209. It was wonderful! A comfortable bed and beach front location are all we need for a great vacation. The décor was nice and the beach is just gorgeous. We will definitely keep coming back!

Overall stay was nice. We did have to wait almost 2 hours past check in time. Location of the room was right over the pool. Walk to the beach was easy and super quick! Close to all restaurants.

Our stay in unit 209 was awesome! It was very clean and very nicely decorated and the beds were awesome! The view and balcony were amazing, as well as, the staff. Will most definitely vacation here again!

Everything about our stay was exceptional especially Scott and the beach service. The front desk personnel we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. The unit we stayed in was disappointing as it reminded us of the units as they were 15 years ago.
