We always love this place. We started coming in the 1990's and it continues to be our favorite This unit was one of the cheaper ones and needed some upgrades but we were here for the beach and didn't mind the lower standards

We had a great condo....Holiday Surf is a great place and it was a walk down memory lane for my wife and I as we used to visit this place every year with our daughters.

Rental was as described. Everything was clean and very presentable. Was extremely convenient being on the first floor. Pool and grounds were immaculate. Will definitely stay here again!

The location of the unit was very convenient to the beach, pool and pickleball courts. All of the basics are covered, but the unit is in need of an upgrade. Appliances had some issues such as the ice maker drips and freezes and one of the burners on the stove didn’t work for a while. Also, the light above the kitchen table has an issue with the dimmer switch.The bed was very comfortable but the living room furniture was pretty basic. None of these issues are huge and we did enjoy our month in the unit. We suggest the unit should be listed as standard rather than premium.

Awesome weather and location. Love Holiday Surf and Raquet Club and Holiday Isle. Our unit was on the first floor and very short walk to beach.
The unit could use some updating , especially the window treatments and couch. Overall a wonderful experience ! we cannot wait to come back soon!

Not for more than 2 people. No window treatments on ANY windows. Curtain panels do not even cover windows. We had to make temp. curtains to make sure nobody could see daughter sleeping. Table & chairs were not sturdy - chairs wobbled. Coffee table was not assembled all the way and afraid to move bc it would call apart. Pots and pans were just dirty and unusable. Stains all over curtains, couch and chair cushions. Dirty ceilings from dirty air filters. Would not stay here again.

Great Location for a huge variety of restaurants. The rental was nice. The pool was great since the seaweed alge was all over the beach and in the water.

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The location is very convenient. We also stayed at Holiday Surf & Racquet Clue in July of 2018. Loved it both times!

We have stayed in the same rental for the past 8-10 years. A few things have changed but it really needs updating (chairs in living room are terrible to sit in)

Loved our room and the location. Just a note to management, mowers need to mow early or late hours. They were mowing around lunch and grass was blowing in the swimming pool. Yuck!!
