This is our third year staying at Harmony Beach Vacation Rentals. We plan on staying again on our next trip. The condos are always well equipped and nice and clean. We have plenty of room for our family. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Thanks for the great stay!

I grew up going to Gulf Winds East. Took my kids the last time about 10 years ago. My wife and I decided to go back to Destin this year. It was a great choice. Our only regrets? Not booking for the entire week and only staying 5 nights.

We had a wonderful relaxing time making more everlasting memories. We have been staying at Gulf winds East for over 30 plus years. Renting 5 or 6 units to 1 unit, we have tried other places but I keep coming back to Gulf winds for convenience to the beach. Price is affordable we have always been pleased with the clean units if ever an issue management has always taken care of it thank you again for another year of everlasting memories

I have been staying in their rentals since 2018! We have stayed in many different ones in this complex. The kids love the heated pool and it’s always a nice back up for windy days or beach closure days. It’s a quite place a night to stay at. This complex is overrun by an HOA which is currently upgrading the units as well. We stayed while the workers were there and they did not bother us or get in our way at all. I will always come back to stay here at one of their places.

We loved our stay at unit 51. It was like our home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was great. We are going back next year.

Good experience. Unit was clean and bathrooms updated. Every blade on the ceiling fan in the front bedroom was loose, so it rattled constantly and was loud. It couldn’t be used and try to sleep at the same time.

Bedrooms with attached baths updated and comfortable for our family - bunks appreciated by the kids. We eat-in for the whole week and for the family chefs the kitchen was lacking good pans, knives, and utensils. A nice edit of the pots & pans would be nice to get rid of the clutter.

Clean beautiful pleasant everything anyone would ever want for their super vacation Beaches were flawless. It is worth going one hour further.! Enjoyed our stay to the max! Only thing missing was a hot tub

This was the second time staying at the Gulf Winds East complex this year and we enjoyed both stays. This stay at Gulf Winds East 51 was great, the Townhome was very clean, and in a great location. Management staff was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful with my questions. Once plans are decided on for our next stay, I will be staying in this complex again if available.

We were supposed to be in PCB where our friends live but Hurricane Michael had other plans for us. We went to Gulf Shores for two nights and then drove over to Destin. We had rented from HBV before so we went there and sure enough they had a great little condo for us. Our vacation was saved!!!! Had a wonderful time in Destin (like we always do), got our fill of fresh seafood and beach while everyone had home was getting the first taste of cold weather. We love the Emerald Coast and we love HBV, they never disappoint. This is the 4th time we have rented from them and I recommend them to everyone I know.

This was our 15th year to vacation in Destin. We usually stay down the road at another condo. With booking only a month ago, that was not available. I can say we will now always stay at Gulf Winds East! The location is awesome! Walk across scenic 98 to the beach! The pool is GREAT! The 2 bedroom, pull out couch and 2 1/2 baths met our needs. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great too! The kids loved the smart TV in living room to watch Netflix at night. You can walk to Kenny D's and Captain Daves to eat. I wish 15 years ago I had looked at this place! We love the beach, we stay at beach all day so to walk across was great! Everyone could come and go and do their own thing! We did as stated and kept air where it said to, and it worked really good. However looking at the air unit outside it looks like it may be "on its last leg". Harmony Beach Vacations was great! No keys were left in unit, but someone quickly brought them over. I wish it was pet friendly, but I knew going in it wasn't so the pets stayed home. For some people the furnishings may not be up to date enough, but to us we were fine with everything and totally will stay again next year!

Great townhouse! Very spacious bedrooms and closets. Beds and linens are really comfortable. 1 minute walk to the beach. Nice swimming pool across property. Kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi was super fast during our stay. I'd rent it again in a heartbeat.

The only gripe we had was that the unit was not ready by 4pm as stated. We arrived at 4:15 and it hadn't been cleaned nor inspected. Mgmt was nice and helpful but could not tell us when it would be available. It wasn't her fault but it would be helpful in the future if they would let us know prior to us arriving. Other than that, the overall stay was great.

Unit 51 was in good shape, clean, and in good state of repair. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay at Gulf Winds East and the great treatment we received from everyone at Harmony Beach Vacations.

We liked the location just off the beach, as in March we are spared any noise from Spring Breakers although they don't seem to frequent that part of the beach in great numbers.
The unit is quiet, very clean and had been sprayed just before we moved in for palmetto beatles.
That said, we did find that the unit is in many respects showing its age, in terms of the furniture, the carpeting, the bathrooms and the appliances, with the exception of the washer and dryer. There is also a shortage of space to store food as needed in the case of a long term rental.The staff are very courteous and helpful and the gardens and outside area are well looked after. I would recommend with reservations as stated.

We had Family in 3 units and Everyone had a Great time. The units have everything that We needed for beach enjoyment, and We enjoyed Our stay. This is Our 3rd stay and We will be back.
