This is the second year we have stayed in the exact condo for a family vacation; we really enjoyed the ease it offered being so close to the beach and a full kitchen for meal preparation. We cooked in most days and saved a ton of money on food that way. Our young daughter loved the bunk beds and also spent a lot of time on the electric recliner chair! The couch was very noisy - it has a pull-out bed, and it just squeaked with every move. It also is not very comfortable. Overall, though, the condo was clean and ready early for our stay. We loved being able to hit the beach and quickly run back to the condo to fix lunch. Additionally, the chair and umbrella dedication for each room was really nice - always had a spot on the beach! The master bedroom was pretty comfortable, but it did get hot in the room, even with turning the a/c down. A ceiling fan or tower fan for this room would have been greatly appreciated! We may make this trip an annual thing, and we will definitely consider this condo again - definitely will book at Destin Beach Club in alternative room, if our “regular” isn’t available!

I would suggest to the owner that the dresser in the main room be switched with the tv stand in the bedroom. It made it hard to settle in the tv was too high to comfortably watch from the chair and couch. I liked the two showers and the size of the hall bathroom. The floors could have been cleaner.

The condo we rented isn't well-equipped for snowbirds. It needs an upright dresser for clothes. There is only a very small closet the clothes in the bathroom. There’s no storage for travel bags, no closet for sweeper. I had to buy a wet swifter type mop for routine cleaning. The vinyl floors showed scuff marks from chairs, impossible to clean the scuffs. The inside of the side tables need drawers smell of mildew. The kitchen cabinet coverings are peeling. Snowbirds cook more and the kitchen isn’t well-equipped for that. The knives were the dullest. I had to purchase 2 skillets. The bed linens are cheap and need upgrades. If returning I would not stay in this condo. Overall, the location is great; the staff and maintenance staff are very good, professionally managed, clean.

We have stayed at Destin Beach Club several years now. I love it because it’s smaller and not a lot of crowds! We’ve never had issues and will continue to come back!

As far as the beach is concerned, THIS is the best location and low key! One row of chairs and plenty of parking for your room!!!! I booked last minute so it was a concern it may not be a good place. Very clean, 3 floor building, easy access to your room. Very pleased!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!!

We love Destin Beach Club! The location, beach, and property are all excellent.The units are well maintained and very clean. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was great and fully equipped with everything. Could use a pizza cutter. Very comfortable beds and furniture. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. First Class!!

After a very hectic February with terrible wet and rainy days, my girlfriend and I took a few days off for a short vaca in Destin. Destin Beach Club met all our needs and expectations. It was quiet a Ad well maintained and all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The condo was clean and well appointed. We had a ball!

Great condo for our family of 5. Had everything we needed. Very clean and nice decor. We love the building (only 3 floors means a much shorter walk to the beach!) Can’t beat the location, close to all the great restaurants and minutes from the grocery store.

Not our first visit to Destin Beach Club. We love the location and the condos are always very clean. This condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beach was perfect. We love Destin Beach Club because it only has the 45 rentals and all beach chair set ups have a full beach front view of the gulf. No rows and rows of people. We will be back and room 201 has been one of the best rooms yet!! Several restaurants are within walking distance.

This was our very first visit to Destin so we had no idea what to expect. Everyone at our condo was extremely friendly and super accommodating! We loved John the beach boy! Our condo was also super clean and just absolutely perfect! So comfortable and you can’t beat that view. We plan to make Destin a yearly tradition and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Great to be back! The condo was good except for the pullout couch. It needs to be replaced. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable, lumpy and the headrest sloped downward. We had to prop it up with the seat cushions. Otherwise, very good
