A queen bed in the second bedroom makes our unit perfect for two couples or a small family. The second bath has recently been updated with a new, glass-top single sink vanity. After your peaceful day at the beach or by the pool, if you chose to relax in the condo for a quite evening, meal preparation is a breeze in our unit. We just recently updated all of our appliances to stainless steel. This, combined with our bright white cabinetry and granite countertops, provides you with a state-of-the-art kitchen. If you chose to eat out, there are countless possibilities close by. There are a total of three flat screen TVs and a blue ray player in this unit plus a surround sound stereo system for your viewing pleasure. The Crescent is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in a quiet area of Miramar Beach close to Silver Sands Factory Outlets, dining, and recreation. The property has sixty eight deluxe condominiums on four floors and this guarantees our guests will have plenty of room at the beach or by the pool. The property is built in a quarter of a circle to take advantage of the magnificent sunset views.
