If you decide to book Beach House 1204D, you'll be granted unlimited access to incredible shared amenities, including gas grills, an outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court, and a fitness center. This prime location, mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the famous Silver Sands outlets for bargains less than one mile away or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin less than three miles away. Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction-type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
