Beach House 604C is a family and snowbirdfriendly condo that has a casual contemporary feel with blue and neutral tones and a simply incredible Gulf view from a private sixthfloor balcony. The kitchen has been upgraded with upscale granite countertops and custom tile backsplash, as well as everything you need to make a terrific homecooked meal. The living area has two couches and a dining table plus bar seating. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation per condo not per person. If the sandy beach isn't your cup of tea, you can always visit the shared outdoor pool for a refreshing splash with your friends.

Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproofrestore the Gulffacing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 800am through 500pm MondayFriday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
