Take in the phenomenal views and enjoy the beauty and colors of the Gulf reflected throughout this ground-floor vacation rental. Start your day with morning coffee on the spacious patio that overlooks the water. The living area features a 75', 4K smart TV for movie nights. Take advantage of the foodie paradise kitchen that includes quartzite countertops and deluxe appliances, and then dine indoors at the table for four or outdoors on the patio for an ideal alfresco experience. This home also includes a beverage station with a separate minifridge, a full-size washer/dryer, and complimentary internet access. Plus, if you decide to book this condo, you'll be granted unlimited access to some incredible on-site amenities that include gas grills, an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a workout room. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal beach service is available between March and October Bike rentals are included with your vacation rental. Reservations include a free one-hour kayak rental. Snowbird-friendly Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
