The chef of the group will have a great time cooking delicious meals and preparing snacks for the group in the well-equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space will make meal prep a breeze. The private balcony is great for sipping a morning cup of coffee or relaxing after a day at the beach. The beach is a short walk away - don't forget to walk down to Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, less than a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park features clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch) just over six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just under six miles from the condo, hosts free shows and family-friendly exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals - including a rare albino alligator! THINGS TO KNOW No boats, trailers, RVs, or motorcycles. Free high-speed WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Chair, umbrella sets, and bicycle checkouts can be arranged at the beach shack in front of the pool. Beach House will undergo a construction project beginning on October 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 to waterproof/restore the Gulf-facing side of the buildings. The construction work includes but will not be limited to: large amounts of construction equipment set up throughout the property, construction type noise between the hours of 8:00am through 5:00pm Monday-Friday and an occasional Saturday, scaffolding equipment set up on the Gulf side of the property.
