Part of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, the Village of Baytowne Wharf offers shopping, dining, and entertainment overlooking Choctawhatchee Bay. In addition to stores and restaurants, Baytowne Wharf features live local and regional entertainment and other special events on its Events Plaza Stage. There is no charge for the events, which are scheduled year-round. It’s the site of the popular Sandestin Wine Festival, which takes place every spring. And it also hosts the Nashville Songwriters Florida Sunshine Tour and the Baytowne Wharf Beer Festival, both of which are held annually in October.
