This beautifully updated home is just a short walk or bike ride to everything that makes Anna Maria special. You are just three blocks from the sunrise at The City Pier and two blocks from sunset on the Gulf of Mexico.
Outside, youll find two large, covered balconies, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The front balcony overlooks the hustle and bustle of Pine Avenue, while the second balcony in the back overlooks your private, heated pool. Relax in the sun and spend the afternoon cooking out on the lanai with the gas grill.
