Both living spaces also feature exclusive access to two different in-ground pools and patio areas, each furnished for outdoor living with a grill and dining set. Convenient outdoor showers are equipped for rinsing-off sandy feet and beach gear. Ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Island, you'll be just a walk, bike, or golf cart ride away from sugar-white sands, great local restaurants, shops, bars, and art galleries. The twin, three-bedroom interiors each feature an open-concept layout and home essentials, including a full kitchen, central air-conditioning, and free WiFi. Living areas welcome comfortable downtime with plush sofas and TVs for movie nights or casual daytime viewing. All bedrooms are also equipped with a smart TV for added guest convenience. Both primary bedrooms include private bathroom access. THINGS TO KNOW We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
