This Anna Maria Island rental has an elevator, docks boats up to 36 feet, free WiFI, parks four cars, and allows dogs up to 25 pounds with a nightly fee! Enjoy the sunrise over the bay from the balcony and soak up the sun all day long in the private backyard. You’ll love lounging on the covered patio while fresh seafood cooks on the propane grill. At the end of the day slip into the oversized garden tub in the downstairs master bathroom with a glass of wine. This custom kitchen offers a wine chiller and all the amenities, including a gas fireplace, you expect from a luxury rental! Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
