No citronella candles required when you have a screened lanai like this one: It's a perfect setting for enjoying the private heated pool and gas grill. Your location at the north end of Anna Maria Island gives you easy access to some of the area’s best shopping, dining, and beaches. You can walk about two blocks and be at the water! If you'd rather take the free trolley, just hop on and ride to almost anywhere in town. Be sure to plan a stop at the Island General Store for sandwiches and sweets - but find a friend willing to share if you plan on ordering one of the famous jumbo brownies. Flatscreen TVs provide your entertainment in the living room and bedrooms. Free WiFi access is also available throughout the property. Throw your laundry in the private washer and dryer and wash your worries away. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher for easy post-meal cleanup. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
