From the living room, look out over the crystal clear pool and the landscaping that surrounds the newly renovated (2023) back patio. The living room also offers comfortable furnishings, along with entertainment options such as a large flatscreen TV and free WiFi throughout. The upscale kitchen is well-equipped to enjoy a hearty family breakfast, a refreshing blended cocktail, or your favorite homestyle dinner. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
