Welcome to this charming, dog-friendly Anna Maria Island house. With the private heated pool and attached spa, you will feel like you're miles away from your worries. There is a large, fenced-in backyard with lush landscaping, where you can relax in the warm island sun from a poolside lounge chair. Located in the heart of Anna Maria Island, you will enjoy the ultimate relaxation within this spacious and bright house. There is a single-car garage and space in the driveway, though you could also take the free Island Trolley that travels around the island. Head out for a morning stroll along the endless sugar-sand beaches located only a block and a half from you! The updated kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need, so you can save time and money in between trips to nearby restaurants. The kitchen opens up to a comfortable sitting area, and in the family room you'll find a large flatscreen TV and sliding glass doors that open up to the pool and backyard. Pull out the coffee maker to brew your morning cup of coffee, or hook up the blender to mix up your favorite refreshing cocktail. A full-size washer and dryer are also available to accommodate your laundry needs, and free WiFi is provided. Dogs are welcome, though please note a nightly pet fee applies. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24-hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.
