THINGS TO KNOW
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: Roofing Project is slated to begin in the coming days. Those of you in town may have noticed some of the staging and prep beginning on-site this afternoon.
This re-roof will begin on Tower 2 and then move over to Tower 1. We expect 8-9 weeks, with two weeks off for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so that this project will extend into early 2026.
Smaller groups can also rent the central part of the condo by itself, as the one-bedroom Luau 7503
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and stops at several locations around the resort. There is an app you can download to track the tram as well.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles/buses.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
